Scotts Green Max Lawn FoodFL can be applied to any grass type in the spring, summer, or fall when grass is actively growing. We recommend using a Scotts fertilizer spreader to apply this product to help improve lawn color. For Scotts broadcast/rotary, use a setting of 12 for the Green Max rate or 10 ½ for the regular rate.
